MCTO Advisory is an independent practice led by Ivan Golubić, a business and product architect with a strong technical and strategic background. We provide CTO-level leadership that connects product vision with technical design and real-world execution.

We design and deliver complex systems where software, hardware, and operations work together, including industrial automation, IoT, defense, mobility, production lines, and SaaS platforms. Our work spans Europe and the Middle East, with deep experience in high-reliability defense and industrial programs in Abu Dhabi.
